If you have just recently installed it and thi sis happening, did youhave any other antivirus product installed prior to NSS? If so which product and did you not only remove, but run the removal tool for that product prior to installing NSS? If not,let us knwowhich other product it was and we'll asssist you getting that cleaned up.

Please tell us how long you have had NSS installed on your system. I've unistalled frpm add remove programs and ran the removal tool and reinstalled it fresh twice and it still won't open. If i right click the icon on the tool bar i can run the update, quick scan and all that and it looks to be working (little green checkmark) but it will not open. all of a sudden it won't open, it will for a second then closes out. I have the comcast/xfininty version of norton Security Suite.
